 1st Course ~ Parmesan Crusted Calamari on Spring Mix with Tomatoes, Onions, Cucumbers and drizzled with Peppercini Vinaigrette.  Paired with Falesco est! est! est!

2nd Course ~ White Cheeses Chicken Lasagna Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce and Pesto Drizzle.  Paired with Zenato Pinot Grigio.

3rd Course ~ Veal Cannelloni Stuffed with Fresh Ricotta and covered with Housemade Pomodoro and Melted Mozzarella.  Paired with Castello Di Neive Barbara D'Alba.

4th course ~ Seafood Daiblo served with Crab, Shrimp and Mussels on Cappelini and served with Spicy Diablo Sauce.  Paired with Castello Di Bossi Chianti Classico.

5th Course ~ Mocha Chocolate Souffle, Kahlua Creme Anglaise, and Carmel Brittle paired with Tenuta Regaleali Lamuri.
